Desipigeon is inspired by Indians living in the USA who buy a lot of Indian items every year, some of them from within local markets of USA,  and some of them by asking our parents and relatives in India, to ship the items to them. We have realized that we either spend too much money buying Indian items from stores within USA or other websites which ask you to spend exorbitant amounts purchasing these items. The other option is to ask our parents and relatives to take time, effort and ultra high shipping prices to send the items to us.

When we dug deeper, we found out that the greedy sellers and multiple layers of middlemen involved in the distribution of Indian goods make exorbitant amount of money and make miserable, the lives of both the manufacturers and consumers of Indian goods. You feel frustrated and dissatisfied and angry,with the prices, and the manufacturers and sellers in India feel helpless and hopeless with middle men stealing all their profits.

We feel the same pain and frustration about the high prices and quality of the goods sold by the local merchants.
